ABSTRACT

Benign tumors of connective tissue are mesodermal unusual in the vulva fibroma. Know also as Acrochordon in the most common in the major labia. Usually is a unique mass but sometimes is multiple. Show growth mass during many years and become pediculate and ulceration and infection like the present case it may have sarcomatous degeneration it’s frequency is unknow we present a case of giant fibroma of vulva 12 years duration with no symptoms until it become necrosis and hemorrhage without sarcoma degeneration.
