ABSTRACT

In this report is review the treatment of children with bronchiolitis, using aerosols of those beta-2-agonists of epinephrine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. As conclusion, it is mentioned the inefficacy of these compounds in the treatment of bronchiolitis. It is recommended the use of alpha-2-adrenergics: L-epinephrine, and support measurements: oxygenation (if it is necessary), hydration and an appropriated feeding.
