ABSTRACT

Kabuki syndrome is an extremely rare disease with the following clinical findings: facial dysmorphy, with long upslanting palpebral fissures, prominent ears, skeletal abnormalities, mental retardation and postnatal growth deficiency. This is a clinical case of sporadic transmission without genetic inheritance. It is the first case reported and published in Mexico.
