ABSTRACT

The religion constitutes one the most important elements to approach the understanding of the behavior of Latinamerican people, because it shows and harmonious balances with magic elements, producing the popular religiosity that prevails in all the regions of Venezuela. The purpose of this essay is to describe and to analyze as a social fact some magic religions elements that stand out day by day in Venezuelan people with regard to their well-being. ome aspects are approached in relation with magic as an answer to unknown facts, the beginning of religion and religiosity like expression of individual and collective searching. Besides, the existence of magic religious facts in Venezuelan, as result of so-called syncretism among conqueror-settler’s contributions elements of the enslaved African and beliefs of the autochthonous world.
