ABSTRACT

Eccrine poroma was first described in 1956, this solitary lesion is most frequently located on the palms and soles. Clinical variants of eccrine poroma include eccrine poromatosis, linear eccrine poroma and pigmented. We report the case of a pigmented poroma eccrine simulating nodular melanoma. Review of literature.
