ABSTRACT

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign inflammatory dermatosis whose precise etiology is still unknown. It has been associated with multiple factors principally neuroendocryns and as paraneoplasic syndrome and have been described four clinical variants being spread form less frequent than localizated form. We present the case of a patient of feminine sex with a spread granuloma annulare and iatrotopic response.
