ABSTRACT

The osteartropatia of Charcot-Marie-Tooth brings a series of dysfunctions propioseptivs, hipoalgesia and dysfunctions trofics that they result in a series of anatomical alterations in the articulations that it affects the quality of people’s life that he’s suffers it importantly as a result. In this articulate the handling of a patient the one it is shown which presents this pathology particularly with affectation in both ankles and the effectiveness of the triple arthrodesis and artrorrisis improving the quality of our patient’s life, opening rule more to an alternative in the orthopedic treatment of this illness in our means.
