Reactive perforating collagenosis: A case report

ABSTRACT

Reactive perforating collagenosis (RPC) is a rare skin disorder characterized by the transepidermal elimination of altered collagen through the epidermis, it appears to result from superficial trauma. Two distinct forms exist: an inherited form that presents in childhood and an acquired form that has been name acquired perforating dermatosis. A case of a 12 year old patient with chronic renal failure is presented.
