Laparoscopic drainage of hepatic abscess. A case report

ABSTRACT

The hepatic abscess it’s a well know disease, that it’s going to low the appearance; however, in some geographic areas still like a frequent disease, the treatment its with appropriate antimicrobial therapy. Added at the radiological guided percutaneous drainage if the antimicrobial therapy not work, the justify surgical drainage it’s another alternative for the treatment of this disease and the laparoscopic drainage its another option, with lower surgical bleeding, surgical time, hospitalities stay and low index of complications than the laparotomized patients.
