ABSTRACT
This is the case of a boy treated with chemotherapy and the extirpation of an hepatoblastoma in 2004; he came to the hospital because a dermatological infection. The clinical examination show that he had fever ecchymoses, an anal fissure and edema in the scrotum. The laboratory exams show that he had neutropenia. He was treated with antibiotics but the dermatological infection extends on the skin showing up changes in coloration, more flictenes and necrotizing fasciitis. The bacteriological studies shown Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus coag. neg. He was treated with vancomycin, meropenem and metronidazol le metronidazole and was treated by a surgical cleaning of the skin. Days after that go out of the hospital.REFERENCES
