ABSTRACT
Introduction: All the patients with amputation present among other complications muscular atrophy and consequently decrease of the force, slowing the period of adaptation prosthetic. it has also been observed that this alteration persists months after the one use of its prosthetic and it is manifested as uncertainty in the soket and alterations in the march that becomes vicious conditioning other alterations biomechanics. The weakness and atrophy of the abducent muscles of hip, in having above the knee amputee, it produces an uncertainty of the pelvis causing an asymmetric march. He/she has intended to the exercise isokinetic like an alternative to increase the force and the volume of the abducent and extending muscles of hip. General objective: To design a program of muscular invigoration, with exercises isokinetics in period preprosthetic. Specific objectives: Torque valuation and muscle power of abductors and extending of hip to the beginning and the end of the invigoration program. Material and methods: Were studied 10 masculine patients, with ages of 18 to 45 years, above the knee amputee of traumatic etiology with standard stump, which concluded a program of rehabilitation conventional prothesic of 2 months. Later on a program of invigoration isokinetic was applied with Cybex Norm, for specific muscles of the hip for two months, valuations anthropometric for harmony corporal, functional initials and final. Results: The final P of torque pick for amputated of extremity right was the following one: Flexion P = (0.4656), Extension P = (0.4652), Abduction P = (0.679), Adduction P = (5775). For total work: Flexion P = (0.7150), Extension P = (0.6103 ), Abduction P = (0.1441), Adduction P = (0.1441). In those amputated of left extremity the results you involved in the following way: Torque pick: Flexion = P (1.0000), Extension P = (0.2249), Abduction P = (0.4982), Adduction P = (0.1041). I work Total: Flexion P = (0.2249), Extension P = (0.4558), Abduction P = (0.5862), Adduction P = (0.2249). Conclusions: When analyzing the data of the final averages so much of the torque pick like of the total work statistical significance is not observed, however one observes that there is a similarity as for the final forces of the extremity amputated as the no involved what indicates an equality in the final forces of both.REFERENCES
