ABSTRACT
Right ventricular arrhythmogenic dysplasia it´s an autosomic dominant illness, where the myocardial tissue is substituted by fybrotic and lipoid tissue. Clinical manifestations include palpitations, lypothimia and sudden death in young people and high performance sportsman. Electrocardiogram shows Epsilon waves and right bundle branch block morphology. The diagnosis is confirmed by echocardiography and magnetic nuclear resonance image. The treatment is with beta-blockers, dysopiramida, and implantable automatic defibrillator.REFERENCES
