ABSTRACT

43-year-old patient with glomerulonephritis focal and segmentary managed with immunosuppressors drugs. He was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit with sepsis, alterations of the ST segment and increase of troponin I. Criptococo neoformans was isolated in cephalorrhachidian liquid and blood. The objective of this article is to discuss the differential diagnosis of non ischemic ST segment elevation and Troponin I increase in a patient with sepsis.
