ABSTRACT
Objective: Of this article its know our experience with multiple gestation case of quintuplet in a private hospital.
Clinic case: Female with an obstetric history of primary and secondary infertility, treated with inductors of ovulation and artificial insemination. Its was obtained a multiple gestation of quintuplets with 29 weeks, the range weigth was 1,080 grams. In the follow up of the children for two years, only one present neurologic damage secondary to intracraneal hemorrhage.
Conclusions: Coments are done about the ideal number of neonates in the case of multiple gestation. This is possible with a best control in fertility conception methods.
