ABSTRACT
A 70 years old woman presents to the emergency room with progressive exercise disnea, on examination we found two systolic murmurs, from mitral and tricuspid origin, with two-dimensional trastoracic and trasesophagic echo we confirm the diagnosis and also found Cor triatriatum sinester, with a communication orifice between the inlet and outlet chamber of the left atrium of 0.7 cm2, we send her to surgical resection of the membrane.REFERENCES
