ABSTRACT
This work was developed in a primary School, in the City of Guadalajara, Mexico. The population sample was 575 infants, 301 boys and 274 girls.
After the first inspection clinical examination the polytelia was found in 5.4%. Any of these children had nephrourology problems. All polytelia cases were further studied for urianalyses and urine culture and found normal and negative respectively. This is a preliminary report.
