ABSTRACT

The epistemic barriers in nursing there are elements with different shades, sometimes involving ideological aspects. An particular example is reflected in the need to build their conceptual frame work. For nurses result a challenge that sometimes became an “epistemic obstacle” break the conscious and beliefs that have been accepted during years and recognized then like dogmas, narrowing its transformation in a different manner in each one, to build a knowledge to work one multidisciplinary way. Nurses make observations and deductions registering their judgments in provisional and cautions terms establishing a subjective practice and without indorse of the facts of patient reaction narrowing measurable and objective argument without a sufficient and systematic reason.
