Nursing diagnostic and collaborating problems in children with congenital cardiopaties

ABSTRACT

The attendance systematized´s nursing is the ideal method for identification of the children’s human answers with congenital cardiopaties, facilitating the establishment of a plan assistancial for resolution of the lifted up problems. For so much, in this study, it was aimed at establish the pattern of nursing diagnoses and of collaborative problems in children bearers of congenital cardiopaties, as well as the correlation establishment among the same ones. The study was of the traverse type close to 22 children interned. The nursing diagnoses of larger prevalence were activity intolerance 86.4%, ineffective airway clearance 72.7%, growth and development delayed 68.2%, altered nutrition: less than body needs 68.2%, ineffective breathing pattern 68.2%, hipertermia 50.0% and interrupted family processes 50%. The collaborative problems of larger prevalence were potential complication: reduced heart debit 77.3%, adverse effects of the medical therapy 68.2% and pneumonia 50%. Starting from the presented results, the importance is pointed out of taking place researches of identification of profiles of nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems for determination of the needs nursing attendance to the person, in this case, to the child that is being taken care.
