ABSTRACT
Thrombolytic therapy in coronary syndromes is very useful since it decreases this disease mortality. Atheropathy is the main cause of these syndromes, and it is produced by coronary artery obstruction due to the presence of atheromatous plaques, ongoing hemorrhage situations, and in situ thrombosis due to the its fragility. The infirmary service participates in applying this therapy and it must know its instructions and complications in order to give patients the needed quality care, limiting hurts and favoring their quick recovery.
