ABSTRACT

With the aim of improving health care in our country, it has been implemented a process of Certification from Health Care Institutions. This process establishes a series of elementary guidelines to consider that the given attention to patients coming to several health care institutions in different levels of attention is supplied with an acceptable quality. It is elementary that the infirmary practitioner participates in these processes both at an administrative level and at the attendance one, establishing enough procedures and tools in order to effectively participate in the certification process of the institution where he/she performs his/her daily work.
