ABSTRACT
The lymphangioma circumscriptum is the most frequent type of the lymphangiomas, they generally are present to the birth or they appear in the first years of the life. It is a bother for the patient not only for the aesthetic look, but because the vesicles could beak and allow leave a liquid that stains the clothes, besides in some cases could become inflammed for the close contact of the clothes. Report one case of
lymphangioma circumscriptum with profound component with a satisfactory evolution hind to the surgical treatment.
