ABSTRACT

A brief review is presented of the utility of 3D reconstrucions of helical computed tomography in thorax anatomy and pathology, as well as its use in some procedures such as virtual bronchioscopy which helps in the planning of real bronchioscopy, and in angiotomography, among others.
