ABSTRACT

We describe a case report of a 78 years old male patient that had an epidermoid carcinoma involving the left orbita in whom two surgical procedures to excise the tumor had been performed, with no success in eradicating the neoplasia. We also describe the surgical technique to excise the tumor and the patient follow-up, as well as the histopathologic features of the lesion.
