ABSTRACT

We present a 3.8 year old male with a left upper lid mass that displaces the globe downwards and outwards. Lid fissure of 2 mm, diplopia and limitation of upgaze. CT scan showed an infraorbitary mass of 40 x 35 mm, with no erosion of medial wall and orbital roof. Incisional biopsy showed a diffuse, infiltrative malignancy with small cells of finely diffuse chromatin and scarce cytoplasm.
Immunohystochemicaly were positive with Ab’s TdT (terminal desoxinucleotidil transferase), CD-10, CD-79 a, CD-99. PCR were negative for 12-21 translocation. ‹ 5% of bone marrow blasts. C. S. F., peripheral blood and HB were normal.
