It’s a rare cases of the tumors of parapharyngeal space, wichs can occur in 1 to 2%. Only eigth cases are reported in literature. The method for assessing these tumors, recently included axial computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging, its to proveed an assessment more rational approach to their management.
