ABSTRACT

Miller Fisher syndrom is a Guillain-Barré variety characterized for oftalmoplejia, arreflexia and ataxia. The incidence is very low 0.09 for 100 000 habitants. We present 3 cases studied at the Puebla General Hospital in one year his treatment and evolution.
