ABSTRACT

Parents and physicians have been concerned about aspect o foot, knees and hip, childhood flatfoot is one of the most common diagnoses and considered abnormal. Since last decade this has been considered false, and now is considered that this variations are normal and they do not need treatment. We present the result about medial and lateral rotation of the hip, laxity, knee valguns and longitudinal arch measurements in children betwen 2 and 5 years old. We found a great variation, progresive improvement of this aspects, they can be considered as normal and they do not need treatment.
