To evaluate those motivations and interest, we use Zavic survey. This is based on determine the type of motivation (moral, legal, indifference and corruption). The survey’s objective is determine such variables in a third level hospital in three different groups: nurses, administrative personnel and physicians, and recognized differences between them, if any. To improve understanding and management of people, supervisors of any organization may have a broad vision of personal motivations to determine “professional interests”.
