ABSTRACT

Endometrioma of abdominal wall has been described like one of the varieties of presentation of endometriosis, although it presents low incidence, it is common as cause of tumors of abdominal wall and its treatment is surgical. Two cases of patients of feminine sex with diagnosis of postsurgical eventration are presented, put under surgical handling with findings of endometrioma of abdominal wall handled with total excision with ample edges and good postsurgical answer without recidiva to two years.
