ABSTRACT

We report the case of a 71 year-old male with the diagnosis of diffuse large cell non Hodgkin lymphoma with immunophenotype B, who presents with fever, leukocytosis, and a positive culture for Staphylococcus aureus, associated to a disseminated dermatosis characterized by erythematous macules. The biopsy reveals leukocytoclastic vasculitis. With the final diagnosis of vasculitis associated to sepsis.
