ABSTRACT

A 32 years old male with AIDS and Miliary Tuberculosis that developed ARDS, the patient was treated with Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation (NIMV). The evolution was good. The NIMV is a useful tool for treatment of patients with ARDS and AIDS, in selected cases.
