Morbidity and comorbidity psychiatric in interview of children and adolescents

ABSTRACT

Objective. Determine of case number registered per year both epidemiologic most important, beside of morbidity at children and adolescent in the same way, the comorbidity psychiatric.
Method. A retrospective study was done in child and adolescent inpatients at the Hospital Central Militar which undergo psychiatric consult. A descriptive statistical analysis was performed.
Results. A total of 36 patients were included. The most common disease was adaptation disorder. Psychiatric consultation was reported for 7% of the total pediatric population.
In the correlation of groups for age, the teenagers presented difference statistically in comparison with other groups of age. What means that more interconsultations are requested meaningfully to this group etareo (Rho Spearman = 0.273).
Conclusions. This investigation fixed the bases for establish a systematic and standard diagnostic and therapeutically boarding of pediatric patient.
