ABSTRACT

Report of a male patient of 57 years of age with present macroscopic hematuria, and low urinary tract obstructive sympthoms. Physical examination revealed increased prostate dimentions. Ultrasound findings reported prominent prostatic medium lobe. The patient underwent prostate transurethral resection. Histopathologic diagnosis report were prostatic leiomyoma and glandular hyperplasia.
