Primary carcinoid tumor of testes. Presentation of a case and revision of literature

ABSTRACT

Report a male patient of 28 years of age with an asymptomatic testicular mass. Physical examination revealed a right testicular tumor located at the inferior pole. Ultrasound findings reported round, hipoecoic lesion 1.0 cm in diameter. Additionally Doppler ultrasound test showed a vascular tumor. Orquiectomy was performed. A histopathologic diagnosis was a primary carcinod tumor of the testis.
