ABSTRACT

We report the case of a patient 30 years old with testicular cancer (seminoma) of 2,350 g of 4 months in progress. We determine luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulate hormone (FSH), without change before and after orchiectomy, testosterone total and free decrease at 50% after surgery, this is because the concentration of human Gonadotropin Chorionic (hCG) was high whereby stimulate the leydig cell to synthesize testosterone.
We think important to determine what factor or substance flattering the growth of this type of tumor.
