ABSTRACT

A 25 years old man and 58 years old man with hemospermia and hematuria from three distal urethral hemangioma in the first case and urethral meatus hemangioma in the second, we present two cases. The four lesions was management with liquid nitrogen. After two years of chrioterapy no more lesions or urethral stricture appeared. After the first report in 1895 and no more 30 cases in the urological literature, we report this unusual entity.
