ABSTRACT

Hypomelanosis of Ito is a uncommon neurocutaneous disease characterized by the presence of cutaneous hypomelanotic zones with irregular borders, streaks and whorls, abnormalities in the central nervous system in 40%, ocular manifestations and musculoskeletal. It is presented a patient who presents a delay of the language, manifestation uncommon of this entity.
