ABSTRACT

Hemorrhage is a common complication after head & neck surgery and frequently related to transient blood pressure elevations & anaestesic effect. A prospective placebo control trial was designed in adult patient underwent head & nech surgery and bleeding complications, submited to a 24 hours BP monitor. More than 75% of the patiensts were positive for uncontrol and new onset systemic hypertension. Ambulatory Blood pressure monitoring is recomended In this patients to confirm the diagnosis
