ABSTRACT

We describe a clinical case of a patient with CNS lymphoma and AIDS, clinical follow-up of ocular signs, non invasive and invasive diagnostic tests, the suspected tumor diagnosis by Epstein-Barr positive CSF and the stereostatic brain biopsy that confirm the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis.
CNS lymphoma should be suspected in AIDS patient with optic neuritis or other cranial nerve dysfunction.
