Syphilis is an infectious disease caused by Treponema pallidum presenting high association with human virus immunodeficiency, because of the same sexually transmitted way of transmission. A 48 years old woman, with severe nodular lesions and medical background of immunodeficiency, is reported neurosyphilis, cutaneous syphilis and HIV-infection was presented. There was an excellent response to standart therapy with Penicillin.
