Cantrell´s pentalogy: Case report

ABSTRACT
The case of a newborn girl with diagnosis of Cantrell’s syndrome done before borne, is reported. The initial management of the abdominal wall defect was to cover the thoracic ectopia cordis and another midline defects. When she had 11 days of life underwent to correct the omphalocele and diaphragmatic defect and cover the structures with latex. Finally when she was 33 days age it was decided to correct the thoracic and abdominal wall and she die at 38 days age for sepsis.
