ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis (TB) still remains as a health problem in some groups of population of Mexico. Beside the pulmonary reports of this diseased, 15 to 25% of cases have extrapulmonary infection and usually are treated in hospitals of the third level in medical attention, due to the late diagnosis of the TB done in the first level of medical care attention. This report are described five children with diagnosis of extrapulmonary forms of TB.
