The objective of my talk is to review clinically relevant articles of the literature pertinent to obstetric anesthesiologists in the following domains: a) Labor analgesia
b) Cesarean delivery anesthesia
c) Complications of pregnancy including antenatal factors; intraoperative occurrences and postpartum issues
d) Fetal and neonatal issues
