Sudden death, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation.

ABSTRACT

The sudden death of adult is presented in unexpected ways by evolution, also unexpectedly, of a disease or an unknown causes. According to experts, the heart is behind 85% of cases of sudden death. When the victim is younger than 30 years, it is often associated with a congenital heart disease or genetic transfer, whereas if greater than 30 years is associated with ischemic heart disease, a degenerative disease of the coronary arteries. But as much as 15% of people who have an episode of sudden death have a structurally normal heart which creates a challenge in the diagnosis and treatment.
