ABSTRACT
The case of preschool boy, who presented vomiting, cough, and abdominal pain, macular rash with descamation, and petechiae in thorax, with routine laboratory tests normal and viral serology positive for echovirus type 9, coxsackievirus type B1 and B3 is reported. Echovirus infections are infrequently reported, maybe because we often don’t think of this diagnose, it is the reason to report this case.
