ABSTRACT
The ameloblastoma unicystic to belong to group of aggressive pathologies this characteristic clinics make their treatment be more conservative for easy relative of resection; even each time its less use the conservative treatment because have a high reappearance; the preference a treatment with better prognostic for the patient. In this case present a follow of 4 years, with a conservative treatment and with less mutilation for the patient; this technique of enucleation and curettage even can use in this tumors with good results.
