ABSTRACT
We present three cases of suckling babies with infection of high respiratory ways who received multiple antimicrobial treatment without improvement, later with clinic diagnosis and X-ray of cavitary disease, pulmonary abscess; with schemes of medical handling and surgical-medical, subsequent to which evolves in divers form, with good answer to medical handling in one case, surgical-medical in one case and death in one case, in this case with tuberculosis diagnosis before the six months of age. The importance is emphasized to establishing diagnosis and therapeutic boarding that they allow on the one hand establishing etiologic diagnosis, and on the other hand establishing therapeutic measures that allow multidisciplinary integral handling with a morbidity-mortality reduction of these patients.
