ABSTRACT

In few occasions we find two different lesions together in the jaw, but is still less common that one of those lesions one so uncommon as the central odontogenic fibroma. We present the case of a 14 years old patient with a osteolitic mandibular area that the histopathologic report showed a central odontogenic fibroma combinated with a central giant cells granuloma, with a great quantity of fibrocelular tissue highly vascularizated, with numerous dispersed multinucleated gigantic cells.
