ABSTRACT
In the past 20 years, and particularly in the last decade, the
autism has been identified as one of the generalized disorders of the
child development. Today, genetic and clinical studies allow to affirm
that several genes are involved in the autism. In this
communication are revised some of the contributions that characterize
this illness and the advances in their diagnosis and treatment.
