ABSTRACT

This paper reports the case of a twenty-three years old patient who started showing skin lesions when was nine year old. The situation was recorded in a fourteen years evolution clinic file, whit an ending diagnostic: mycosis fungoides. The patient was moved to third level hospital for a suitable treatment. The cutaneous lymphoproliferative, neoplastic or reactives skin injuries, often offer trouble in diagnostic and classification. It has been a great debate object in medical literature. The mycosis fungoide is relatively a rare disease, specially in pediatric age.
